- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Pay: $18 per hour paid weekly
Seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support warehouse operations. This role requires strong computer skills, fast learning ability, independence, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to internal and external inquiries via email and PC (possibly phone)
• Create and manage service tickets/work orders
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to resolve order, shipment, and inventory issues
• Track and update customer and order information in system platforms
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist with reporting and administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
• Strong computer skills; proficient in Excel, email systems, and ticketing platforms
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving abilities
• Dependable and able to work independently while contributing to team success
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
Work Environment:
• Warehouse-based
• Fast-paced logistics and distribution support
