Job Description
We are hiring an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative, financial, and clerical support to the Office Manager.
Location: El Mirage, AZ!
Schedule: Mon - Fri / 7:30 am - 4 pm ( hours may vary )
Pay Rate: $19 - $20
Duties

Assemble, review, and verify invoices and check requests.

Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.

Maintain vendor and employee files.

Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.

Produce weekly and monthly reports.

Provide supporting documentation for audits.

Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.

Run errands and perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid Arizona Driver’s License
