Palletizer / Warehouse Associate – 3rd Shift
Location: Warehouse Facility – St. Charles, MO
Pay Rate: Up to $18.50/hour
Schedule: 3:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Job Overview

We are hiring experienced and dependable Warehouse Associates for a palletizing role at a well-established distribution facility in St. Charles, MO. This position involves sorting, stacking, and loading products according to customer specifications in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience with pallet jacks, product picking, and working with pallets in shipping/receiving areas.

Responsibilities

• Sort and stack repacked boxes per specific customer requirements and proper pallet configurations.

• Build stable pallets using correct ti-hi patterns and product handling guidelines.

• Inspect boxes for correct labeling and acceptable condition; return non-compliant items to the production line.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

• Accurately palletize products according to order sheets, ensuring no missing items.

• Apply labels uniformly and secure pallets to prevent shifting or damage during transport.

• Operate electric riding and walking pallet jacks (experience preferred).

• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks involving bending, standing, and moving throughout the shift.

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) procedures.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.

• Experience with pallet jacks and general warehouse equipment is a plus.

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Must be able to work early morning hours and perform physically demanding tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Basic understanding of warehouse safety and product handling practices.
