Machine Operator

Location: Montgomery, IL

Schedule: 2nd & 3rd Shift

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $19.50 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role
We’re seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join our Midway Staffing team in Montgomery, IL. This position involves operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure products meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing or machine operation experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently to meet production goals.

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.

• Perform basic machine setup and adjustments as needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Important Notes

• Overtime and weekends may be required.

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
