Warehouse Worker (Cabinet Manufacturing)

Location: Columbus, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

Midway Staffing is hiring an experienced Warehouse Worker to join our client’s cabinet manufacturing team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts and cherry pickers, handling materials safely, and supporting warehouse operations efficiently. If you’re a team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.

• Load, unload, and move materials and finished products within the warehouse.

• Pull and prepare materials for production or shipment according to order specifications.

• Inspect products for quality and report any damages or discrepancies.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Assist with inventory counts and documentation as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience required; experience in a manufacturing or cabinet facility is preferred.

• Forklift and cherry picker experience required (certification a plus).

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
