CNC Machine Operator – 1st Shift

Location: Batavia, IL

Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay Rate: $24 – $28/hour (based on experience)

About the Role
We’re seeking a reliable and skilled CNC Machine Operator. This position involves operating CNC machinery, performing routine maintenance, and assisting with production tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and experienced in machine operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines accurately and efficiently according to production specifications.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on assigned equipment.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Assist production leads with workflow and production support as needed.

• Work mandatory overtime and weekends as required to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Experience: 1–2 years operating CNC machinery or similar equipment in a manufacturing environment.

• Skills:

• Proficient with CNC machines and basic machine maintenance.

• Ability to read and follow instructions accurately.

• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work mandatory overtime.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
