1st shift Receiver

Job Title: Receiver
Location: Denton, TX
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shifts Available: Monday- Friday 7:00AM-4:30PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Receiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately verifying and processing incoming shipments, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in cold and freezer environments.

Responsibilities:

• Verify incoming items using a 3-way match process (Purchase Order, Bill of Lading, and Physical Goods)
• Identify and document discrepancies between expected and received goods
• Read and record expiration dates and lot numbers on inbound products accurately
• Complete all receiving paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Enter receiving transactions using handheld scanners or similar devices
• Input data into Warehouse Management System (WMS), as applicable
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with health, safety, GMPs, and quality standards
• Work in cold environments (34°F) throughout the entire shift; freezer work (0°F) as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• 1+ years of experience in a similar receiving or warehouse role preferred
• Experience with pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete paperwork accurately
• Able to meet productivity and quality standards consistently
• Capable of performing repetitive tasks and maintaining manual dexterity
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
