Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18.00

About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter to join our Midway Staffing team. This position is responsible for building, assembling, and installing custom retail displays and fixtures with precision and quality. The ideal candidate will have hands-on carpentry experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine materials and measurements.

• Measure, cut, assemble, and finish wood and other materials as required for project completion.

• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and other carpentry equipment.

• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all safety procedures.

• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: 1–3 years in carpentry, woodworking, or related field.
Technical Skills:

• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.

• Proficient with hand and power tools.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

This position involves hands-on carpentry work in a production environment. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in quality workmanship and teamwork, and must have own tools
