Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Location: Tracy, CA 95304
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Are you a dependable, hands-on team player who enjoys staying active and working in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team in Tracy, CA. This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential to grow into a long-term role for reliable and hardworking individuals.

What You’ll Do

• Safely repack, sort, and relocate inventory (up to 50 lbs)

• Operate light machinery or warehouse equipment (if trained and certified)

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and reaching throughout the shift

• Stay alert and follow all safety protocols around forklifts and warehouse traffic

• Work collaboratively to ensure efficient warehouse operations

Requirements

• Must be available for full-time work, Monday through Friday

• Closed-toe, steel-toed shoes required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

• Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to starting

• Previous warehouse, pick/pack, or shipping experience preferred
