1st Shift Entry-Level Estimator

• Review drawings, blueprints, and job details to understand project requirements.
• Prepare and assist with cost estimates for materials, labor, and installation.
• Communicate with vendors to obtain material pricing and lead times.
• Enter and update estimate data in company systems accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure estimate accuracy.
• Maintain organized files and records of bids, pricing, and project documentation.
• Provide general support to senior estimators and sales staff as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred.
• Strong math, analytical, and computer skills.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing, construction, or sign production (preferred but not required).
• Ability to read and interpret simple technical drawings (training provided).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn estimating software and internal systems.
