1st Shift Packaging

Location: Sturtevant WI
Schedule: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Position Overview:
We’re seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Associates to join our 1st shift team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for packaging finished products accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment or storage

• Inspect materials and products to ensure they meet quality requirements

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:

• Previous packaging, production, or warehouse experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable attendance and positive work attitude

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift
