2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 1:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MIG/TIG Welder to join our team specializing in metal fabrication and radiator assembly. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on welding experience, a strong understanding of fabrication processes, and the ability to produce high-quality welds with precision and consistency. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to interpret blueprints, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Welding & Fabrication:

Set up and operate MIG and TIG welding equipment for sheet metal, stainless steel, aluminum, and radiator components.

Perform seam, tack, and structural welds ensuring strength, accuracy, and visual quality.

Interpret blueprints, layouts, and fabrication drawings to complete assemblies to exact specifications.

Pass internal certification tests for both MIG and TIG welding processes.
Quality & Accuracy:

Maintain tight tolerances using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Inspect welds for penetration, alignment, and finish quality to meet production and safety standards.

Ensure all work meets dimensional and quality control requirements.
Operational Support:

Assist in equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Support radiator assembly and repair processes as needed.

Accurately complete move tickets, scrap reports, and inventory documentation.
Teamwork & Safety:

Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to meet daily goals.

Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.

Maintain a positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
Qualifications:

3+ years of MIG and TIG welding experience, preferably in metal fabrication or radiator manufacturing.

Advanced welding certification or technical degree preferred.

Strong knowledge of heat settings, weld sequencing, and material control factors.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Skilled in dimensional measuring, layout work, and basic math calculations.

Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.
