Job Title: Commercial Sign Designer

Location: Denton, Texas
(Hybrid, with occasional on-site visits or training sessions)
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hourly Pay: $20-$33 (depending on experience)
Preferred Location: Candidates in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and layouts for signage projects, ensuring compliance with brand, technical, manufacturing, and permitting standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional design solutions.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Stay informed on industry trends, new materials, and design best practices.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of production and installation files.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating Pylon signage design work.
• Must have worked in making Vector Art files.
• Have experience with CNC laser router machines.

• Proficiency in CorelDRAW (required)

• Experience designing various signage types, including commercial, wayfinding, freestanding, and digital displays.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in a remote work environment.

• Highly detail-oriented, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

• Ability to read blueprints and interpret architectural files.

• Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools (e.g., SketchUp) and incorporate emerging materials and technologies.
• Must be able work as well at the warehouse occasionally.
