Job Title: Ink Production Associate (2nd & 3rd Shift)
Location: Maumee, OH

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Training: Will take place on the shift you’re hired for (2nd or 3rd).

Job Summary

Midway Staffing is seeking dependable and safety-focused Ink Production Associates for a 90-day assignment at a manufacturing facility in Maumee, OH. This role involves supporting the production of water-based inks and coatings through weighing, packaging, and forklift operation.

As a staffing agency, Midway Staffing conducts a background check, employment verification, education verification, and drug screening prior to placement.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately gather and weigh raw materials for ink and coating production

• Package and repack finished water-based inks and coatings

• Operate a forklift to move materials and finished product

• Follow all safety and quality guidelines

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Forklift experience required

• Basic math skills for measuring and documentation

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions

• Must be reliable and punctual
