Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM (Overtime as needed)
Pay: $19.00 per hour, paid weekly

Job Responsibilities
- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently to support transportation and fulfillment operations.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Communicate professionally via email and phone with drivers, warehouse staff, and management.
- Maintain records and update information in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Support office workflow by coordinating scheduling, documentation, and order tracking.
- Handle daily administrative duties, including filing, reporting, and responding to inquiries.
- Sit for extended periods (up to 95% of the shift) while completing computer-based tasks.
- Assist the team with additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Previous office or administrative experience in a warehouse, distribution, or transportation environment preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
- Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Professional phone etiquette and effective written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with WMS systems preferred.
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work occasional Saturdays.
