1st Shift Production Assembler

As a Production Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling small electronic components from drawings, schematics, work instructions, specification sheets, and manuals. The role involves performing high-quality work while ensuring all materials and requirements meet specifications. 

Location: McKinney, TX

Schedule: Monday-Friday

• Start Times: Between 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM

• End Times: Between 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM

• Saturdays: As needed, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay rate: $18-$20 DOE

 Duties:

• Assemble small and large volumes of electronic components.

• Apply solder to terminals or wire.

• Repair or replace defective components as needed.

• Apply insulation and connect wiring.

• Verify materials and confirm production requirements.

• Perform testing of electrical components to ensure functionality.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Manual dexterity to assemble devices.

• Written and oral communication skills.

• Analytical ability and strong math aptitude.

• Ability to use hand and electronic tools.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics.

• PC literacy and organizational skills.

• Ability to distinguish colors.

• Minimum of 1-3 years of equivalent experience.

• Resume and phone/in person interview required.
