1st Shift Manufacturing Sub Assembler

• Review work orders and determine material requirements.
• Select and assemble proper materials and parts according to specifications.
• Assemble products using various manual tasks, hand tools, and equipment (including hoists and cranes).
• Inspect assembled products for quality and imperfections.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area daily, following 5S standards.
• Consistently follow safety procedures and work in a safe manner.
• Ensure all work meets established quality standards.
• Assist team members as needed.
• Regularly lift and/or move items up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to read and interpret job requirements, shop drawings, bills of material, and blueprints.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safe work practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• History of excellent attendance.
• Experience using pneumatic tools, hand tools, hoists, and cranes preferred.
• One or more years of manufacturing or related experience.
• Related technical training preferred, but not required.
• Resume and interview required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

• Most of the work occurs in a manufacturing/assembly warehouse environment.
• Moderate walking and standing in the warehouse, working independently and as part of the team.
• Follow and adhere to all company safety policies and regulations.
