  Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Job Description:
Haribo is seeking reliable and hardworking Catcher/Dumpers to join our production team. This position is responsible for assisting in the candy production process by catching finished product, dumping ingredients or materials into machines, and ensuring consistent product flow throughout the shift.

Responsibilities:

• Catch and collect candy products from production lines.

• Dump ingredients or materials into processing machines safely and efficiently.

• Inspect products for quality and report any defects or irregularities.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with food safety standards.

• Assist machine operators and line leads as needed to maintain production flow.

• Follow all safety and company procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, food production environment.

• Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred.

• Must be dependable and able to work as part of a team.
