NOW HIRING: Night Warehouse Selector / EPJ Operator
Earn up to $18.50/hr + Weekly Bonus Potential

Are you a motivated, disciplined worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for dependable Night Warehouse Selectors to join a high-performing team supporting dry, refrigerated, and frozen product distribution.

PAY & SCHEDULE
Max Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Training Start Time: 10:00 PM
Overtime: Approximately 5 hours per week
Bonus: Potential for weekly performance bonuses

EQUIPMENT & TRAINING
We will certify associates on Double Pallet Jacks
Operate Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ), SOS labeling units, and warehouse equipment
Steel-toe boots are required

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Safely and accurately select dry, cooler, and freezer products
Build customer orders by hand-selecting cases
Label products using SOS label technology
Stack and palletize product following proper procedures
Stage, stretch-wrap, and prepare pallets for dock loading
Perform pre- and post-trip equipment inspections
Maintain safety, sanitation, and SyscoSafe work standards

This role requires working until all orders are completed, including potential overtime on holidays and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS
0–3 years of warehouse, EPJ, or forklift experience
Ability to meet or exceed productivity and accuracy standards
Comfortable working at a constant pace for the full shift
Basic math skills
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English for safety and job requirements
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs
