Warehouse Associate
Location: Norcross, Atlanta
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM (Must be flexible to stay until work is completed)

Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately receiving, stocking, preparing, and shipping merchandise to customers in both local and outlying areas. This role requires a dependable team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately select and pick merchandise from assigned slots, confirming correct quantity and unit of measure.

• Load merchandise safely and efficiently into designated trucks.

• Move (“drop”) merchandise from reserve to pick slots.

• Prepare merchandise for shipment via freight lines.

• Repack and secure loose merchandise for shipping or delivery.

• Inspect products for quality, packaging, and compliance with vendor requirements.

• Follow warehouse labor and “Preferred Method Standard” procedures.

• Identify and report slotting or put-away issues.

• Shrink wrap pallets and merchandise as needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack, and cherry picker.

• Ability to lift 40–60 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.

• Ability to bend, stoop, climb, stand, and twist for extended periods.

• Ability to operate a Radio Frequency (RF) scanner.

• Must successfully complete forklift training and certification.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious.
