Warehouse Lead - 3rd Shift

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Lead to join our team. This role is hands-on and will support daily warehouse operations while providing direction, guidance, and training to warehouse staff. The ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented, and able to lead in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of warehouse employees

• Provide direction, coaching, and support to team members

• Assist in training new and current employees

• Maintain clean and safe work areas; oversee housekeeping standards

• Monitor and ensure proper inventory control procedures

• Ensure adherence to Food Safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) policies

• Complete and assist with required documentation and reporting

• Provide support across shifts when needed, including covering for Leads or Supervisors during PTO

• Perform general warehouse duties as needed

• Other duties as assigned by management

Skills & Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong leadership skills

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

• Ability to give and follow instructions clearly

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment

• Basic computer and math skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with various levels of management

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Forklift and/or pallet jack operation experience (preferred)

• Experience with RF-controlled inventory systems (preferred)
