Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Lead to join our team. This role is hands-on and will support daily warehouse operations while providing direction, guidance, and training to warehouse staff. The ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented, and able to lead in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily activities of warehouse employees

Provide direction, coaching, and support to team members

Assist in training new and current employees
-
Maintain clean and safe work areas; oversee housekeeping standards
-
Monitor and ensure proper inventory control procedures
-
Ensure adherence to Food Safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) policies
-
Complete and assist with required documentation and reporting
-
Provide support across shifts when needed, including covering for Leads or Supervisors during PTO
-
Perform general warehouse duties as needed
-
Other duties as assigned by management
Skills & Qualifications

Positive attitude and strong leadership skills
-
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Ability to give and follow instructions clearly
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
-
Basic computer and math skills
-
Ability to work collaboratively with various levels of management
Preferred Experience
-
High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Forklift and/or pallet jack operation experience (preferred)

Experience with RF-controlled inventory systems (preferred)
