1st Shift Material Operator

Are you a skilled equipment operator looking to join a fast-paced logistics team? We’re hiring a Material Operator experienced in Cherry Picker operation to support daily warehouse operations at our Joliet, IL distribution center.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting order fulfillment, and ensuring materials are moved efficiently and safely throughout the facility.

Location: Joliet, IL
Schedule: Monday- Friday || 7MA-3:30PM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Cherry Picker forklifts to move, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.

• Accurately pick, scan, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.

• Support daily warehouse operations, including inventory checks and restocking.

• Perform routine safety inspections and report any mechanical or operational issues.

• Maintain accurate records of material movements and completed tasks.

• Adhere to all safety and quality procedures within the facility.

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including palletizing, labeling, or packing.

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience required.

• Cherry Picker forklift experience required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
