Quality Assurance Technician

Join our team as a QA Technician, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring product quality and compliance with company and regulatory standards. This position is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for maintaining the highest levels of product integrity.

Location: Gilbert, AZ!
Schedule: Monday - Friday / 12 pm - 8:30 pm OT as needed
Pay rate: $23

Duties:

• Perform product testing in accordance with company quality standards and procedures.

• Complete QA paperwork, documentation, and reporting accurately and efficiently.

• Conduct swab testing and other sanitation verification processes.

• Support QA audits and inspections by maintaining organized and up-to-date records.

• Assist the QA Manager in implementing quality initiatives and process improvements.

• Communicate effectively with production and management teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Quality Assurance or similar manufacturing/production environment preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
