? HR Benefit Coordinator – Lake Zurich, IL
A well-established company in Lake Zurich, IL is seeking a bilingual HR Benefit Coordinator to assist with a temporary project supporting the Human Resources department. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable with basic data entry and benefits-related tasks.
? Location: Lake Zurich, IL
? Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
? Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
? Type: Temporary Project (2 weeks)
Responsibilities

Support the HR department with day-to-day benefit administration tasks.

Assist employees with benefits inquiries, enrollment forms, and documentation.

Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate employee records.

Help coordinate open enrollment activities and employee communication.

Communicate with team members and employees in both English and Spanish.

Provide general HR administrative and clerical support as assigned.
Requirements

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

1+ year of experience in HR, benefits, or administrative support preferred.

Basic data entry and computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word).

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Reliable, professional, and able to handle confidential information.
