Job Title: Record Center Specialist
Location:  Livonia, MI
Pay Rate: $20/hour (weekly pay)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (9-hour shift including 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks)

Job Description:
Record Center Specialists perform physically demanding tasks including kneeling, squatting, reaching, and bending forward frequently throughout their shifts. The role primarily involves moving, arranging, lifting, and loading storage boxes, bins, and totes, which range in weight from 24 lbs to over 100 lbs. Employees move boxes both manually and using hand carts.

Requirements:

• Protective footwear (steel toe- composite) slip-resistant is required.

• Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing 10–100 lbs regularly without assistance.
•  
• Ability to operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
•  
• Read and write English to process orders and track inventory.
•  
• Essential Functions:
•  
• Walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop, and bend for extended periods.
•  
• Lift, push, pull, and carry boxes, including up and down inclines, stairs, and uneven surfaces.
•  
• Process incoming and outgoing orders, read labels, and track boxes in a proprietary computer system.
•  
• Operate handheld scanners, ladders, hand carts, and pallet jacks.
•  
• Load and shrink-wrap pallets at ground level or on carts, and manually or mechanically load boxes onto trucks.

This is a full-time position with a physically demanding workload. Ideal
candidates are able to work independently, follow safety protocols, and handle repetitive lifting tasks safely.
