Location: Knoxville, TN
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter to join our team. The Porter works on-site to complete all groundskeeping and cleaning tasks as directed by their supervisor, ensuring the property remains clean, safe, and presentable at all times.

What You Will Do

Groundskeeping & Property Upkeep

• Complete daily checklists and assigned tasks.

• Maintain exterior cleanliness and overall curb appeal.

• Perform landscaping upkeep between 3rd-party service visits.

• Clean and sweep swimming pools as required.

• Arrange property furniture as directed.

• Mop and vacuum daily in all required areas.

• Ensure all amenity areas stay clean and presentable throughout the day.

• Maintain product presentation to meet brand and company standards.

Other Responsibilities

• Work a full shift and be present on-site during the required schedule.

• Be available for additional hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime if necessary.

• Assist with move-outs, turnovers, and move-ins beyond normal hours.

• Lift and move objects up to 50 pounds regularly; may include bending, stooping, and lifting throughout the day.

Qualifications

Preferred:

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Proficiency with basic computer tasks.

Experience That Helps You Succeed:

• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or a skilled trade.

• Experience in student housing or multi-family property maintenance is a plus.
