Job Description
We are looking for a Warehouse Office Clerk to support daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment. This role supports our Warehouse Manager and Supervisors by ensuring accurate paperwork, strong communication, and smooth operational flow.
What You’ll Do

Provide clerical and administrative support to warehouse operations

Handle shipping and receiving documents for inbound/outbound shipments

Assist with filing, scanning, emailing, and record keeping

Serve as the first point of contact for customer or internal inquiries

Help resolve order issues and ensure shipments are processed on time

Enter, review, and maintain accurate data and documentation

Support general warehouse workflow and coordination

Perform additional office and warehouse tasks as needed
What You Bring

High school diploma required (Some college preferred)

2–4 years of experience in a clerical, warehouse or logistics support role preferred

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Strong communication and customer service skills

Detail-oriented and able to stay organized in a fast-paced setting

Comfortable working both in an office and active warehouse environment

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Able to multi-task and meet daily/weekly deadlines

Dependable, trustworthy, and works well independently
Physical Needs

Ability to work at a computer and also walk/stand on the warehouse floor
-
Able to occasionally lift up to 49 lbs
