3rd Shift Forklift Operator (Mon-Fri, 11PM-7AM)

Position Overview

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the accurate movement, staging, and tracking of product throughout the warehouse. This role includes order picking, shipping and receiving activities, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

We are seeking dependable team members who demonstrate strong work ethic, accountability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and stage orders for shipment

• Load and unload incoming trucks and outbound freight

• Perform general shipping and receiving duties

• Move product throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently

• Follow all company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and storage areas

• Accurately document and track product using company systems

Requirements

• Ability to work in a cooler environment (34°–38°F)

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

• Basic computer skills and strong math skills

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs frequently and occasionally 80+ lbs

• Reliable and consistent attendance

• Ability to work weekends and overtime when required

Preferred Skills / Experience

• Experience operating forklifts or powered pallet jacks

• Experience working with RF scanners or RF inventory systems

• Experience handling or working with food products (a plus, not required)
