Now Hiring – Stand-Up Forklift Operator (3rd Shift)
Location: Bartlett IL
Pay: Up to $19.00/hr
Schedule: Sunday – Friday | 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Average OT: 5–6 hours/week
Environment: Cold storage (~40°F)

Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our 3rd shift warehouse team. This role focuses on safe movement of product, accurate inventory handling, and supporting daily production needs.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a stand-up forklift (Crown experience preferred)

• Stack, move, load, and stage materials safely

• Maintain accurate inventory and complete documentation

• Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards

• Follow safety rules, standard work procedures, and supervisor direction

What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years of stand-up forklift experience

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs as needed

• Comfortable working in a cold environment (40°F)

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused

• Able to follow standard operating procedures and instructions

Shift & Pay

• 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Schedule: Sunday through Friday

• Pay: Up to $19.00/hr

• Overtime: approx. 5–6 hrs/week available
