CNC Machine Operator – 1st Shift

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team on 1st shift. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of Elumatec
and Hendrick machines, ensuring production runs efficiently and meets quality
standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in precision,

Essential Job Functions:
? Set up and operate all Elumatec and Hendrick CNC machines.
? Maintain an organized and clean tool inventory.
? Utilize workspace efficiently to maximize productivity.
? Assist with the flow of raw materials to Tracks, Stock, and Paint areas.
? Support downstream operations as needed based on production flow and
workload.
? Accurately complete receipt and issue tickets for materials not processed in the
system.

General Responsibilities:
? Follow all safety rules, operating procedures, and best practices.
? Maintain clean and organized work areas.
? Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
? Report any machine, material, or process abnormalities promptly.
? Perform other related duties in downstream processes as assigned.

Requirements:

? Proficient in basic math, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing
fractions.
? Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
? Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
? Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
? Ability to stand for extended periods.
? Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
