1st Shift Forklift Operator (Wed- Sat)

About the Role

We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in a refrigerated environment. This role involves picking, staging, loading, and unloading products, maintaining organization, and ensuring accuracy of inventory. You’ll play a key part in keeping products moving safely and efficiently through the facility.

Responsibilities

• Pick and stage orders accurately and efficiently

• Load and unload trucks following all safety standards

• Perform shipping and receiving duties

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization

• Follow all company safety rules and operating procedures

• Assist with general warehouse and cooler operations as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to work in a cooler environment (34–38°F)

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

• Basic computer and math skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs frequently and occasionally more

• Reliable and consistent attendance record

• Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed

• Experience working with RF inventory systems or food products is a plus
