Job Description

Key Requirements:

  • Quick learner; flexible to move into different functions

  • Able to sign into system and use a hand scanner

  • Comfortable following step-by-step instructions displayed on monitor

  • Must deliver 100% accurate work—white-glove, high-visibility orders

  • Very detail-focused

Primary Duties:

  • Kitting radio models

  • Functional testing

  • Cleaning, wiping, and dusting equipment

  • Packing orders

  • Similar to Radio Line/PCR packing but with higher detail and quality expectations

  • Reports directly to Jose

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Someone who:

  • Has light assembly, kitting, or packaging experience

  • Works extremely well with details and precision

  • Follows structured processes and instructions

  • Is reliable with strong attendance

  • Is comfortable with repetitive and quality-driven work
