Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5AM–1PM
Pay Rate: $19–$24/hr (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are hiring a Bilingual (English/Spanish)  Machine Operator to run and maintain production machinery safely and efficiently. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machines according to standard procedures.

• Set up machines before production (calibration, cleaning, basic maintenance).

• Monitor equipment to ensure products meet quality standards.

• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs as needed.

• Complete routine maintenance to prevent downtime.

• Record production output, downtime, and maintenance.

• Keep work areas clean and organized.

• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
  
  Requirements

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.

• Strong mechanical aptitude; able to understand basic technical instructions.

• Able to operate and learn various types of machinery (potting, soldering, conformal coating, welding, testing, etc.).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.

• Basic math skills for measuring and recording data.

• Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
