Production Expeditor

Job Title: Production Expediter
Shift: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Job Summary:
The Production Expediter supports daily manufacturing operations by coordinating workflow, monitoring production schedules, and ensuring materials and products move efficiently through the production process. This role helps prevent delays and keeps production running on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Track production schedules and prioritize work orders

• Coordinate with production, quality, and warehouse teams

• Ensure materials, components, and paperwork are available for production

• Monitor production progress and report delays or issues

• Expedite materials or products to meet production deadlines

• Update production logs, reports, and documentation

• Communicate status updates to supervisors and management

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
