Die Cutting Operator

We are seeking an experienced Die Cutter Operator to set up and operate carton die-cutting equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for producing high-quality finished products while meeting productivity, safety, and quality standards.

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI
Pay Rate: $21.00–$23.00 per hour (based on experience)

Available Shifts:

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM

• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 10:45 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate carton die-cutting presses following SOPs, work instructions, and control riders

• Monitor production efficiency and product quality; complete all required documentation accurately

• Troubleshoot equipment and setup issues; perform testing and corrective actions as needed

• Identify production issues early to help minimize rework and communicate effectively with downstream operators

• Perform routine cleanup and maintenance tasks in accordance with company procedures

• Meet or exceed established setup times, run speeds, and productivity expectations

Qualifications:

• Previous die-cutting or machine-operating experience preferred

• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and basic production documentation

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Pass a background check and drug screen 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Manual dexterity and visual acuity required to operate machinery and complete documentation

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing/production setting

• Exposure to machinery and moderate noise levels

• Overtime may be required based on production needs
