2nd Shift Die Cutter

Job Title: Die Cutter Operator
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour

Job Summary:
The Die Cutter Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining die cutting equipment to produce high-quality packaging materials that meet Nosco’s safety, quality, and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate die cutting machines according to job specifications

• Load materials and ensure proper alignment and cutting accuracy

• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting

• Complete production documentation accurately

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Previous die cutting or machine operating experience preferred

• Ability to read job tickets, work orders, and production specifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Reliable attendance and ability to work second shift

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing/production environment

• Exposure to machinery, noise, and moving equipment
