Section Head

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable group lead. Join our growing team! We’re seeking motivated, entry-level team members to support a shipping department. This is a hands-on opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic who are eager to learn, grow, and advance within the company.

Location: Elwood, IL
Schedule: 6:30AM-3PM
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Duties:

• Pick, check, and ship customer orders accurately.

• Work hands-on on the warehouse floor as part of a small team.

• Support daily shipping operations in a newly formed department.

• Assist as a working lead by helping coordinate workflow when needed.

• Verify orders, documentation, and shipment accuracy.

• Gather, verify, and review data using Microsoft Excel and internal reports.

• Learn and operate company-developed software and systems (training provided).

• Maintain a clean, organized, and temperature-controlled warehouse environment.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

• Perform other general labor and shipping duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Entry-level position; prior warehouse experience not required.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow with the company.

• Basic Microsoft computer skills; Excel experience preferred.

• Ability to work in a hands-on warehouse environment.

• Spanish-speaking ability is a strong plus, but not required.

• Interest in learning forklift operation is a plus, but not part of the job duties.

• Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
