Job Description
Position: 2nd Shift Customer Service Representative
Schedule: - Monday–Thursday: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
- Friday: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay: $20-$21/hr
Employment Type: Contract to Hire
Location: Beloit, WI
This role manages freight orders from start to finish, including scheduling and monitoring delivery appointments and tendering loads to carriers. It involves coordinating with internal teams and external supply chain partners to resolve PO due date conflicts and delivery exceptions. The position is responsible for maintaining accurate order and load status within TMS systems, investigating and reporting overages, shortages, or damage, and tracking customer KPIs. Timely and professional responses to customer inquiries are also a key part of this role.
General Accountabilities:

Resolve customer issues and conflicts

Maintain accurate load and order status in TMS systems

Manage claims and investigate delivery exceptions

Respond promptly to customer inquiries

Maintain and monitor customer KPI scorecards

Perform other duties as assigned by management
