Machine Operator

Machine Operator
Location: Lewisville, TX 75057
Pay: $16/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC router machines in accordance with work orders and specifications

• Load, position, and securely fasten materials on the machine bed

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to ensure accurate production

• Monitor machine operations to maintain quality and precision

• Perform basic machine adjustments and tool changes as needed

• Inspect finished parts for defects and dimensional accuracy

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Report production issues, defects, or material shortages promptly

Qualifications

• Previous CNC router or machine operation experience preferred

• Ability to read measurements and basic blueprints

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Frequent bending, reaching, and material handling

Work Environment

• Manufacturing or warehouse setting

• Exposure to machinery, noise, and dust
