Warehouse Equipment Operator (Raymond Reach Truck Required)

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role focuses on operating Raymond Reach Trucks, counterbalance forklifts, double blade pallet jacks, and cherry pickers.

Candidates must have a minimum of one (1) year of Raymond Reach Truck experience, experience with I-Warehouse machines, and general warehouse experience.

Compensation & Schedule
Available Shifts & Pay:

• First Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM – $19.00/hour

• Third Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM – $20.00/hour

• Extended Shifts: Shifts may be up to 12 hours based on business needs

• Overtime: Required as needed

• Schedule Flexibility: All schedules are subject to change

• Mandatory: Six (6) day work week during the first week of each month

Training

• One (1) week of training on first shift

• Training Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Raymond Reach Truck experience (required)

• Experience operating I-Warehouse machines

• Ability to operate counterbalance forklifts

• Experience with double blade pallet jacks

• Experience using cherry pickers

• General warehouse experience required

• Ability to wear and use a headset for computer-generated picking instructions (English only)

• Reliable transportation required

• Steel-toe boots required

• Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment

• Resume required with complete employment history

• All employment gaps must be accounted for
