Job Description

We are a staffing agency hiring warehouse workers for a meal prep company’s fulfillment warehouse in New Jersey. This role is warehouse-based only and does not involve cooking, food preparation, or kitchen work. Employees will be responsible for packing, labeling, sorting, and moving packaged meal boxes within the warehouse. The job requires standing for long periods, moving throughout the warehouse, and following safety and cleanliness rules. Work is performed in a cold environment, and employees must be dependable and able to follow instructions.

Schedule

• Monday & Wednesday

  • 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM (8-hour shifts)

• Additional hours may be available as needed:

  • Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday

  • 5-hour shifts

Work Environment & Dress Code

• Cold environment (must dress warmly)

• Non-slip shoes required

• No jewelry allowed

• Hairnet required at all times

Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds

• Comfortable working in cold temperatures

• No English required

• Must pass a background check

• E-Verify required

• In-person interview required
