Hot Water Plumbing / Pump / Coil Sub-Assembler

The Hot Water Plumbing / Pump / Coil Sub-Assembler performs repetitive bench-type and general assembly operations to produce components related to hot water, pump, and coil systems. This position works under general supervision, receives specific work assignments, and resolves routine issues with limited supervisory assistance.

Location: Mesquite, TX
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6AM-4:30PM. 
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Duties:

• Review work orders to determine material and component requirements.
• Select and assemble appropriate materials and parts according to work order specifications.
• Perform manual assembly tasks using hand and pneumatic tools; may operate hoists and cranes as required.
• Inspect assembled products to identify defects or imperfections.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area daily in accordance with 5S standards.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Ensure all work meets established quality and production standards.
• Assist other team members as needed to support production goals.
• Regularly lift and/or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to read and understand job requirements, shop drawings, bills of material, and blueprints.
• Knowledge of workplace hazards and commitment to safe work practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proven record of reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Experience with hand tools, pneumatic tools, hoists, and cranes is preferred.
