1st Shift Mechanical Assembler

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to assemble manufactured products and package them according to specifications. This role requires a strong focus on quality, consistency, and teamwork while meeting production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Location: Phoenix, AZ!

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 5 am - 1:30 pm OT as needed

Pay Rate: $20.00/ hr

Duties:

• Assemble machinery, fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, and other components according to instructions

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and similar documentation

• Use hand tools and machinery to complete assigned tasks

• Pack finished products according to specifications

• Maintain production logs, records, and reports

• Perform basic equipment and conveyor maintenance and repairs as needed

• Inventory tools, parts, and supplies and notify materials personnel when replenishment is needed

• Conduct quality checks per policy to ensure accuracy and consistency

• Resolve product issues and notify supervisors of discrepancies

• Demonstrate teamwork and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude

• Support production demands by working assigned hours and overtime as required

• Perform additional related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software for recordkeeping

• Strong attention to detail and consistency

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor equipment repairs

• Basic math, reading, and writing skills

• Dependable and trustworthy

• High school diploma or equivalent required
