1st Shift Wiring Tech

We are seeking an experienced Control Wiring Technician to wire, assemble, and mount electrical control equipment. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high quality and production standards in a manufacturing environment.

Location: Phoenix, AZ!

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 5 am - 1:30 pm OT as needed

Pay Rate: $21.00/hr

Duties:

• Wire and assemble control panels, switchgear, switchboards, and ATS units

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and point-to-point drawings

• Wire electronic components, including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)

• Assemble electrical switchboard equipment according to specifications

• Inspect and test finished products to ensure quality and code compliance

• Communicate job progress, material shortages, or issues to supervisors

• Maintain productivity, quality standards, and a team-oriented work environment

• Perform additional related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical wiring or manufacturing

• Experience reading wiring schematics and point-to-point diagrams

• Experience with electrical equipment assembly (panelboards/switchboards preferred)

• Familiarity with hand, electric, and pneumatic tools and testing equipment

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
