1st Shift Material Handler

Are you organized, efficient, and ready to play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly? We are seeking a Material Handler to support production operations at a manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to a team-oriented workplace.

Location: Phoenix, AZ!

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5 am- 1:30 pm (Overtime as needed)

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Duties:

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and products

• Transport materials to production lines and storage areas efficiently

• Maintain accurate inventory records and logs

• Load and unload trucks and shipments safely

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed

• Assist production teams by ensuring materials are properly staged

• Perform routine quality checks to ensure materials meet specifications

• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflows during high-demand periods

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in material handling, warehouse, or production support

• Detail-oriented, dependable, and safety-conscious

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

• 1–2 years forklift experience required

• Ability to read, write, and speak English

• Background check, resume, and interview required
