Training: January 26–30 | 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Regular Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Position Overview
Midway Staffing is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support warehouse operations. This role requires strong computer skills, the ability to work independently, and effective collaboration with warehouse and office teams.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to internal and external inquiries via email, PC, and possibly phone

Create and manage service tickets/work orders

Coordinate with warehouse staff to resolve order, shipment, and inventory issues

Track and update customer and order data in system platforms

Maintain accurate documentation and records

Assist with reporting and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications

Strong computer skills (Excel, email systems, ticketing platforms)

Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills

Dependable and self-motivated

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organization

Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
