Job Summary

Midway Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Records Specialist to join our team in a warehouse environment in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing physical work, handling confidential documents, and maintaining an organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lift, move, and stack boxes and materials (up to 65 lbs) throughout the shift

• Use manual pallet jacks for moving and organizing items

• Climb stairs and ladders to access storage areas

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety and operational procedures

Requirements

• Must have steel toe shoes

• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and perform heavy lifting during the shift

• Comfortable standing, bending, climbing stairs and ladders throughout the shift

• Experience using manual pallet jacks preferred

• High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive documentation

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Previous warehouse or records-handling experience is a plus
