1st Shift MIG Welder

We are seeking a Production Welder / Hollow Metal Technician to set up, modify, weld, and finish hollow metal doors and frames in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, able to follow work orders, and can maintain consistent production output. Minimal welding experience is acceptable as the role primarily involves tack welding.

Location: Phoenix, AZ!

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Occasional overtime and Saturday work may be required

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

Duties:

• Set up, modify, weld, and finish hollow metal doors and frames according to work orders

• Operate electric and pneumatic tools, including cordless drills, die grinders, and grinders

• Perform tack welding on thin sheet steel (12GA – 18GA); full welding bead experience not required

• Maintain production pace to meet daily output requirements

• Ensure work meets quality standards and specifications

• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area

• Complete other production tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimal experience required; prior exposure to welding or metal fabrication preferred

• Ability to operate basic hand and power tools safely

• Able to work in a production-based environment and maintain required output

• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
