1st Shift Auditor

Job Title: Warehouse Auditor
Location: Madison, WI
Shift: 1st Shift | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Location: Onsite

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Auditor to support inventory accuracy and quality control operations within a refrigerated warehouse environment. This role is responsible for auditing product, verifying counts, and ensuring compliance with company and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily audits of inbound and outbound shipments

• Verify product counts, lot codes, dates, and labeling accuracy

• Ensure inventory accuracy within warehouse systems

• Identify discrepancies, damages, or shortages and report findings promptly

• Complete audit documentation and reports accurately and on time

• Maintain compliance with food safety, temperature control, and OSHA standards

• Communicate findings with supervisors and warehouse teams

• Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as needed

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, inventory, or auditing experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work in refrigerated/cold environments

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Reliable attendance and strong organizational skills
