3rd shift Catcher/ Dumper

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI
Shift: 3rd - 11:00 PM -7:15 AM
Pay Rate: $19

Job Summary:
The Catcher is responsible for ensuring smooth production operations by handling finished candy products coming off the mogul or packaging lines. This role helps maintain product quality, assists with line efficiency, and supports a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Catch and transfer candy from production lines to designated containers or conveyors.

Inspect product for quality, removing defective items immediately.

Support packaging and labeling operations as needed.

Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with food safety standards.

Assist with line setup, restocking materials, and minor production tasks.

Communicate effectively with line leads and team members to ensure production goals are met.

Follow all company safety protocols and report any equipment or product issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work afternoon/evening shifts and overtime as needed.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in food manufacturing or production is a plus.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
